The new head of the World Bank is?

Paul "I'm the secret evil behind President Bush" Wolfowitz, a noted neo-conservative who should have close attention paid to his every move by all U.S. citizens.

I'm not going to really get into all of the sorted details of this guy's past. I'll briefly lay out how much of a snake this man is though.

It has to have been at least 20 to 25 years ago that Paul Wolfowitz started to authoring the "Bush Doctrine" as we know it today. Donald Rumsfeld is credited with advancing that policy in recent years, but only because his name was stamped on a modernized version. Don't be fooled though, Paul Wolfowitz is the man responsible for the present day preemptive strike mentality. It was supposed to be implemented during Reagan's second term. Then, it was going to be put into action around the time Bush I started spewing his infamous "New World Order" phrase.

For eight years, during the Clinton administration, this doctrine sat in a desk. Finally, in 2000, these Hawks were able to unleash their "master plan" on the world. They take an old, staunch view of how to settle disputes and what the inherent result might be. When looking at this through the eyes of Galton (that's Francis Galton), who is a key figure in how the structure of this country's society is built, one is led to believe that the only way to evolve as a country/people is through conflict. This sort of thinking brings you the ideological struggle in the Middle East.

The most frightening thing about Wolfowitz's appointment as World Bank chief is that the dollar is losing it's value at an alarming rate. A shocking, horrific, terrible, etc, etc, rate. With the enormous power that the World Bank wields on the financial landscape, the U.S. economy could be in major trouble with a nut like this at it's helm.
